Submitting a Ticket
Status
If you have submitted a ticket or have a problem that want to be addressed, then you have come to the right place! By clicking the Submit a Ticket button, you will be redirected to a forms page and there you can fill out the form to submit a ticket and get the issue resolved!
Most tickets are expected to be resolved within 24 hours.

The UI box for the comment and quote tweet services glitches whenever something is typed in the input box. (This bug only affects the ParagonNet Home Timeline.)

A protected account turns into an unprotected account once a certain time passes, but when going to the audience settings, the button still says "unprotect".

The website activity querier provider seems to be at fault and we can't do anything until their end of the issue as been resolved.

The entire website tweet backend broke and redirects to tweet statuses instead of the intended page. It is commonly seen on the profiles page. (e.g. Profile redirects to -> status/7)

In the notification page, there should be an icon and a phrase when a user likes, follows, retweets another user; however, the data displayer seemingly broke and is currently not displaying any icon or a keyphrase.
